Bandolier’s previous search provider search wasn’t keeping up. Misspelled or complex queries like “16pro” or “best phone case for travel” often led to empty results or irrelevant matches. Even motivated shoppers looking for Bandolier’s new “cognac collection” were hitting dead ends, leaving Bandolier without a way to fully capture that demand.

Solution

That’s where Envive came in. Already proving impact through our AI Sales Agent, we partnered with Bandolier to implement our LLM-powered search.
