What is IGG Marketing and what are our services?

We’re IGG Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, FL, with more than 20 years of experience. Our focus is on being a true partner to businesses of all sizes, helping them grow their online presence in a way that’s honest, efficient, and fair. At the core of everything we do is transparency and delivering strategies that align with our clients’ goals.

The IGG story

Growing up in New Jersey, Jeff was always surrounded by a tight-knit circle of friends and family—one of those classic Jersey dynamics where, whenever someone needed something, they just asked around, and inevitably, someone would say, “I got a guy.” Need a car fixed? “I got a guy.” Need tickets to a sold-out show? “Don’t worry, I got a guy.” Need some obscure item no one else could find? You guessed it—someone always had a guy. As Jeff got older and built his professional network in marketing, the tables turned—he suddenly became “the guy.” Friends, colleagues, even casual acquaintances would reach out asking, “Hey, do you know someone who can build a website?” or “Know anyone who’s good at email marketing?” And every single time, his answer was, “Yeah, I got a guy (or girl!).” So when it came time to name his company, IGG Marketing just made perfect sense. It’s short, memorable, and true to his Jersey roots. Now, when someone needs marketing help—no worries, Jeff’s got a whole team of “guys and girls” ready to help them crush it.

How do you think AI will change shopping in the next 12 months?

AI is going to reshape the shopping experience in big ways over the next year. We’ll see more personalized product recommendations that go far beyond “customers also bought,” with AI analyzing behavior in real time to curate unique shopping journeys. Live shopping will grow rapidly, with brands using AI-driven hosts and influencers to create dynamic, interactive sales experiences that feel more personal and engaging. AI influencers themselves will become more mainstream, representing brands around the clock without the limitations of human schedules. On top of that, AI-generated video content and commercials will allow businesses to scale creative campaigns faster and at a fraction of the cost. Combined, these innovations mean consumers will encounter shopping experiences that are more interactive, more tailored, and more seamless than ever.

What is the biggest challenge your clients run into when implementing AI?

The biggest challenge we see is bridging the gap between excitement about AI and actually putting it into practice in a way that drives results. Many clients are intrigued by the technology but struggle with knowing where to start or how to integrate AI into their existing workflows. There’s often a learning curve around data - understanding what information they need, how to organize it, and how to trust the outputs. Another layer of complexity right now is the ambiguity around how to rank in large language models like Gemini, OpenAI, and others. Some businesses are neglecting proven SEO strategies in favor of chasing “AI SEO/geo” techniques that don’t yet have a clear framework, which can end up hurting their overall visibility. We also find that some clients expect AI to be a “set it and forget it” solution, when in reality it works best when paired with human oversight and strategy. Our role is to simplify the process, cut through the noise, and help them balance traditional digital marketing with emerging AI-driven opportunities so they see measurable impact without overcomplicating things.

What is one reason why you recommend Envive to your clients?

I recommend Envive because it makes shopping online feel less like clicking through endless menus and more like having a real conversation. Instead of generic chatbots, Envive understands intent and guides people toward what they’re looking for. It feels more natural and human, which keeps customers engaged instead of frustrated. We are using it for 3 clients, that are seeing higher add to cart and conversion rates of those that interact with Envive vs not.

What is one use case of Envive you're especially excited about?

One use case I love is the idea of turning a website into a live showroom. With Envive acting as a sales associate, customers can “walk through” the store digitally, ask questions, and get personalized recommendations in real time. Imagine a shopper browsing supplement products - instead of reading through 20 product descriptions, they can just ask, “What’s best for stress?” and get an immediate, thoughtful answer along with relevant reviews and 3rd party article links about how great the product is.
